Founded in 1977 as H.S. Jutley Insurance Agencies, the business was situated in the heart of Nairobi and grew rapidly to become a fully-fledged insurance brokerage by 1981. In 1991, the company upgraded their offices, moving to the prestigious Capitol Hill Towers Kenya in order to cater for the steady growth in business coming their way.
In April 2010, H.S. Jutley was pushed by the need for more space and a desire to expand so that they could provide services to the city of Nairobi. As a result, the company increased their presence with additional office space in order to increase service delivery and convenience; opening a branch in Mombasa in order to be closer to their customers.
