Nestoil Plc was incorporated in Nigeria in 1991 for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services to the energy and oil and gas industry. The company’s first major project was awarded in 1998 by Shell (SPDC), the Edjeba Sewage Treatment Plant in Warri. The project was executed successfully and today the plant is still in active use at the SPDC Edjeba complex. It received an award from Shell for excellence in quality and safety. This achievement was a significant landmark in the life of the company and a boost to the national economy. Since then, Nestoil’s reputation as a local company with world class project execution has secured them multimillion dollar projects.
Nestoil has demonstrated that it is a market leader in project management, design and construction management of a new build and upgrade and modification projects for oil and gas production facilities. The company has a proven track record and capability in the procurement and installation of new oil processing facilities. Additionally, the business also renders consultancy and project management services to smaller companies in the industry as part of its local content development initiative.
